All you need is access to a touch-tone telephone and a personal access code (PAC) available from your local branch. Your personal access code means you can perform your transactions with complete confidentiality and security.

Use telephone banking to:

  • Access your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week, easily and securely.
  • Check balances on savings, term deposits, RSPs, loans, and mortgages.
  • Pay registered bills.
  • Transfer funds within the same account number.
  • Transfer funds between two different account numbers—simply select the "Joint Accounts" option within the "Transfer To" menu.
