Updated Branch Hours

Some of our branches may have reduced hours or may be closed as we do our part to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 (coronavirus) in our communities. 

Our ATMs remain accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Remember, you can use any ATM on the Exchange network, free of charge – this includes ATMs of most other credit unions, HSBC and others.

$600,000 Community Response Fund

First West Foundation, the philanthropic partner of First West Credit Union, has launched a rapid deployment Community Response Fund of $600,000 to support charitable organizations impacted by the pandemic. Registered charities whose programs focus on supports for food security and basic needs for youth, families or seniors in communities that Envision Financial serves are eligible to apply

​Supporting Food Banks B.C.

Our credit union has recently donated $20,623 to Food Banks B.C. and we’re expediting funding commitments to charitable partners—getting them the support they need now. We’re also forging new alliances to bolster the efforts of organizations that are providing emergency relief to those impacted by COVID-19.
