We believe in supporting local non-profit and charitable organizations that serve the most vulnerable in our communities. We create capacity in the social sector by leveraging our financial strength and our social vision, Lead Well. Through Lead Well, employees volunteer their time and skills to help our communities flourish.
We’re committed to fighting food insecurity through our signature cause, The Full Cupboard, local partnerships, and community programs. Since 2013, Envision Financial team members, members, and communities have raised over $1.66 million, the equivalent of 3.3 million meals. Our team members support this effort by volunteering, running food drives, and raising awareness to strengthen community well-being.
Cancer touches many lives, including our colleague Lisa and her husband, who both faced the disease and emerged with a renewed appreciation for life. With one in two British Columbians affected, we’ve committed $400,000 over four years to the BC Cancer Foundation, supporting research, innovative care, and team engagement through initiatives like the Workout to Conquer Cancer Challenge.
Established in 1996, the First West Foundation is our philanthropic partner. As a federally registered charity, it supports communities through grant-making and partnerships with local charities via four community endowments—Envision Financial, Enderby & District Financial, Island Savings, and Valley First—and 14 named endowments across B.C. Since inception, it has awarded over $12.6 million in grants, including $975,759 to 100 charities in 2024.
We believe in the power of partnership, working together to achieve social impact and make a difference in our communities.
At Envision Financial, we believe in the power of partnership, a shared commitment to creating lasting, positive change in our local communities. Whether through marketing sponsorships or community investments, we’re proud to support initiatives that align with our values and goals.
Volunteering is a key part of Envision Financials’ social vision. Through our Lead Well program, team members grow as leaders while giving back. In 2024, they contributed over 2,600 hours—both during work and personal time—to support those in need and strengthen communities across B.C.
Envision Financial offers a marquee tent lending program to both non-profit and for-profit organizations. This is part of our commitment to support community events and initiatives that align with our business goals. By partnering with organizations that share our values and reach, we amplify our brand while supporting meaningful local engagement.

Mackie’s Place currently empowers over 50 at-risk youth each month through their incentive-based Job Skills Program. This program offers pre-employable youth hands-on training, mentorship, and real work experience, all designed to equip them for employment beyond Mackie’s Place.
Each participant works toward earning funds for essentials they need, such as clothing, bus passes, or other personal items. Mackie’s Place is committed to going above and beyond to ensure youth have the support and resources they need to grow, succeed, and flourish.
By supporting Mackie's Place, Envision Financial is investing in the future of our community and helping young individuals achieve their potential.

Since 2015, 124 people ages 16 to 69 have completed, Community Leaders Igniting Change (CLIC) a grassroots community leadership development program for people living in South of the Fraser neighbourhoods, with participants contributing to the learning, cultural and inspiring collective experience of others.
To further engage the community, CLIC partnered with the Self Advocates of Semiahmoo. These local advocates facilitate inclusive work with people with developmental disabilities. As a result, six members of the Self Advocates of Semiahmoo have completed the CLIC program.
Following their program involvement, CLIC participants receive support through a SPARK grant to create and activate neighbourhood and community events.
